No. Amanda will be able to provide the court with updates on treatment and progress, but is unable to provide a recommendation as to visitation or custody
Not necessarily. Amanda can discuss the options regarding transportation of the child to and from sessions as appropriate given the stage of treatment. Some possibilities may include a family member, such as a grandparent or even in some cases a stepparent, and if appropriate - Amanda may require a release of information be signed for the transporting party.
Absolutely! Amanda also will request that the child’s appointment times vary so as to promote the child not missing the same class for each appointment.
Yes! Amanda is willing to schedule parent appointments as appropriate throughout the therapeutic process. Depending on the nature of the session, it may shift the financial obligation to the parent requesting the session in some cases.
